7 नवंबर को होगी सुनवाई

जागरण ब्यूरो, इलाहाबाद : 72 हजार 825 सहायक प्राथमिक शिक्षकों की भर्ती के संबंध में दाखिल विशेष अपीलों की सुनवाई 7 नवंबर को होगी। बुधवार को सरकार की ओर से अपर महाधिवक्ता चंद्रभान यादव के कोर्ट में उपस्थित न होने के कारण यह तिथि निर्धारित की गई। इस मामले की सुनवाई न्यायमूर्ति अशोक भूषण और न्यायमूर्ति विपिन सिन्हा की खंडपीठ कर रही है। बुधवार को अपीलकर्ताओं की ओर से कई वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता उपस्थित थे लेकिन सरकार की ओर से अपर महाधिवक्ता नहीं आ सके।
