राज्य ब्यूरो, लखनऊ : शैक्षिक तौर पर पिछड़े विकासखंडों में मॉडल स्कूल खोलने की योजना सुस्त गति से चल रही है। केंद्रीय विद्यालय की तर्ज पर कक्षा छह से बारहवीं तक की गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा मुहैया कराने वाले इन स्कूलों का न तो निर्माण पूरा हो पाया है और न ही शिक्षकों और अन्य स्टाफ के पदों पर भर्ती हो सकी है।
