UP Police Recruitment, Exam 2013 for Computer Operator, Syllabus
UP police recruitment board invite application forms to the interested
candidates for the post of Programmer (Gr-II) and Computer Operator
(Gr-I).

Eligible candidates who want to work and serve in Uttar Pradesh Police
Department they can fill and send the application form before 12th June

UP Police Computer Operator Recruitment & Exam Details
Age limit: eligible candidates belonging to the age group of 18-28 years as on 1 July 2013 can apply for the respective exam.
Educational Qualification: those candidates who have passed class 12th with Maths, Physics and have certificate from DOEACC of O level or its corresponding or diploma in electronics engineering/ITI.
Application Fee: those who are applying for these jobs will have to pay Rs.200.
Selection Process: selection will be done with the help
of a written and a computer typing test. To be more specific about the
selection process there are following pints which helps to know exact
selection procedure done for these jobs:
- Physical measurement Test
- Verification of the documents
- Final Medical test
- interview
- typing test for the post of computer operator
- written examination
Candidates who are appearing for computer Operator position will have to
undertake a written examination which is going to be objective type. It
is a 200 marks paper which includes topics like computer Knowledge,
logical reasoning and general knowledge. The candidates will also be
asked to sit for computer typing skill test in both English and Hindi.
Competitors should have a typing speed in Hindi as 15 words per minute
and in English as 25 words per minute.
Competitors for Computer Operator grade will have to appear for the
competitive exam which will be of 200 marks. The topics which are
supposed to come includes general Knowledge, computer Programming and
logical reasoning.
Note: As discussed above that selection will be done on the basis of
written exam for the post computer operator. Interested candidates will
only be allowed to enter the examination hall if they have the hard copy
of their admit card. Generally admit card is issued 2 or 3 weeks before
the date of written test. Candidates will be asked to visit the
official website of the Uttar Pradesh Police regularly so that they can
download the admit card for the examination and also gather some useful
information about exam.
