In this case an interim order was granted on 16.9.2014 till the next date of listing which was extended on 25.9.2014 till the next date of listing, i.e., 15.10.2014 and on the said date the matter was ordered to be listed in the next cause list, as prayed.

Shri Shailendra, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to inadvertence the interim order could not be extended.

In the circumstances, the interim order granted earlier is ordered to continue till the next date of listing.
