Minimum Qualification & Experience:

Associate Director/Scientist F -> 1st class B. E./ B. Tech./ MCA/ or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 16 years experience (OR) Postgraduate in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline with 14 years experience (OR) 1st class Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 16 years experience (OR) Ph.D. in relevant discipline with 13 years relevant experience.

Joint Director/Scientist E -> 1st class B. E./ B. Tech./ MCA/ or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 11 years experience. (OR) Postgraduate in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline with 9 years experience (OR) 1st class Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 11 years experience (OR) Ph.D. in relevant discipline with 8 years relevant experience.

Principle Technical Officer/Principle Engineer -> 1st class B. E./ B. Tech./ MCA/ or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 7 years experience (OR) Postgraduate in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline with 5 years experience (OR) 1st class Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 7 years experience (OR) Ph.D. in relevant discipline with 4 years relevant experience.

Manager HR -> Two years Full Time MBA / PG in HR or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 12 years relevant experience.
