बच्चों की जांची जाएगी शैक्षिक गुणवत्ता : हर महीने होगा टेस्ट, प्रतिदिन हिन्दी में चार व अंग्रेजी में दो पेज सुलेख अनिवार्य

लखनऊ। परिषदीय स्कूल में पढ़ने वाले बच्चों की अब शैक्षिक गुणवत्ता जांची जाएगी। इसके लिए हर महीने बच्चों का टेस्ट लिया जाएगा। साथ ही बच्चों को हिन्दी व अंग्रेजी का सुलेख भी अनिवार्य रूप से लिखाया जाएगा।प्राथमिक व जूनियर स्कूलों में पढ़ रहे बच्चों के शैक्षिक स्तर को लेकर अक्सर सवाल उठते रहते हैं। कई कार्यक्रमों में बेसिक शिक्षा मंत्री ने स्वयं शैक्षिक गुणवत्ता में सुधार की बात कही है। इसके तहत अब पहल की जा रही है, जिसमें अब हर महीने बच्चों का टेस्ट लिया जाएगा तथा प्रधानाध्यापकों को उनके अंक विद्यालय स्तर पर रिकार्ड के रूप में सुरक्षित रखने होंगे। इससे पढ़ाई का माहौल बनेगा तथा शैक्षिक स्तर में सुधार होगा।

61 फीसदी स्कूलों में नहीं पढ़ाया जाता पूरा कोर्स

लखनऊ। सरकारी स्कूलों में आधी-अधूरी पढ़ाई से ही शिक्षक बच्चों का भविष्य संवार रहे हैं। बच्चों को किताबों और परीक्षा के दबाव से मुक्ति दिलाकर पढ़ाई रोचक बनाने का काम, सतत मूल्यांकन में भी स्कूलों की कोई खास रुचि नहीं है। 61 प्रतिशत सरकारी स्कूलों में टीचर्स पूरा सिलेबस नहीं पढ़ाते। 60 प्रतिशत सरकारी स्कूलों में बच्चों का सतत मूल्यांकन ही नहीं किया जा रहा है। यह बात सामने आई सरकारी विद्यालयों में शिक्षा का स्तर जांचने के लिए राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक अनुसंधान और प्रशिक्षण परिषद (एनसीईआरटी) के सर्वे में। यह अध्ययन देश के 28 राज्य व सात केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के 1000 स्कूलों में किया गया है। उत्तर प्रदेश में बाराबंकी के 43 स्कूलों पर सर्वे किया गया। सर्व शिक्षा अभियान सेल के प्रो. योगेश कुमार अध्यक्षता में हुए सर्वेक्षण के बाद यह रिपोर्ट जारी की गई है।
